The newest guardian of ye Old Celtic Village, Duchess of Yew, Mistress o'Light, and Paladin o'Justice; the right honorable and mighty Kirthag DiOrsae, doth wish one and all good tidings for this springtime in Sosaria!As is her custom, during the Beltain festivals and upon the day of her birth, Kirthag will host an Old Sosarian Tournament o' Chickens!

Rules
- A Hitching Post is available to transport your bird if needed.
- Entry is 5,000 gold per fighting chicken, payable upon registration
- All fees are added to the winner's purse
- Each entrant may bring only a single fighting chicken
- No other pets allowed, especially Battle Lizards
- Must not have any accelerated training
- Can be trained to maximum stats
- Chicken must have a unique name to be added to the lyst (there will be no "a chicken" named birds allowed)
- Birds cannot be buffed or healed during the fight
Two birds will be paired to fight by random dice roll (highest and lowest) until all birds have been matched. If there is an odd bird, it will have to fight one of Kirthag's own birds (random pick from the Chicken House).
Winners will then be paired in the same fashion for each round until the last bird stands, the Champion Chicken!
Fights are to the death of a chicken!
Do not bring your favorite bird if you do not want to risk losing it!
Champion Chicken will be honored at the next Old Sosarian Tournament o'Chickens (TBA)
Gambling and betting by attendees is allowed, but will not be backed by Kirthag or any other entity.
Do so at your own risk.

OCC: This event is held in a Felucca building and as such attendance comes with a certain risk. Greifers, Trolls, or any player who disrupts the event and/or harasses participants of this event will be forever banned from the Caislean Ceilteach and reported to the gods (Game Masters, Event Masters, and/or Dev Team, depending on how Kirthag feels about the interference to her event).
KEEP ANY AND ALL PLAYER-VERSUS-PLAYER FIGHTING OUTSIDE FOR THIS EVENT.
This is NOT a standard PVP event, it is a pet-versus-pet event with chickens doing the fighting. Anyone who breaks the immersion and role-play aspect of this event may be banned-for-life from the Caislean Ceilteach. Basically, if you are banned, you and all characters on your banned account are perma-banned as Kirthag never removes a banning from her buildings.
